When Is Homecare Needed?

The 10 Warning Signs
Are When Your Loved One . . .

. . . poses a threat to their own well-being.
. . . is recently discharged from the hospital.
. . . has physical limitations.
. . . is undergoing rehabilitation.
. . . experiences lapse in memory.
. . . cannot prepare their own meals.
. . . cannot maintain their lifestyle independently.
. . . cannot make it through the night unattended.
. . . over burdens your personal schedule.
. . . can no longer be satisfied through your care giving efforts.

Live-In Care vs. 24 Hour Care

Live-In Caregiving is appropriate when your loved one is able to sleep through the night with minimal need of assistance. Seniors who frequently awake during the night, or show symptoms of “sundowners” ( i.e., become more active or agitated as evening falls) generally do better with 24-Hour care.

Live-In Caregiving is appropriate if your loved one does not require constant attention to prohibit wandering, or other potentially dangerous activities and is more cost effective over 24 hour care.

24 Hour Caregiving is for Seniors who are inclined to wandering, posing a threat to themselves due to physical
or mental limitations.

24 Hour Caregiving is achieved on a shift basis assuring you that someone “Fresh & Attentive” is always on hand.
